This policy explains how the diy home renovation website handles information when you browse guides, plan rooms, save designs, use AI features, or share content, and the choices available to you.
We use information to sign you in, save and restore your work, run AI requests, display content you publish, manage payments and credits, diagnose errors, and protect the service against abuse. Where applicable law requires consent for optional processing, that processing must follow the applicable consent requirements.
Cookies support sessions and language preferences. Browser storage holds editor preferences, local drafts, and related state. Local drafts belong to that browser and can be lost when its storage is cleared; they do not replace a saved account copy or an exported backup.
You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser. Blocking necessary storage may affect sign-in or the editor. When enabled, analytics and advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.
Hosting, storage, authentication, email, payment, and AI providers process information needed to deliver the features you use. AI requests may send prompts, relevant conversation history, images, and scene context to the configured model provider. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, precise home addresses, or sensitive information unnecessary for a request.
Provider retention and use of submitted data depend on the provider and applicable service terms. This policy does not promise that every provider offers zero retention or excludes all model training. Information may be processed outside your country. Embedded YouTube videos and external websites follow their own privacy policies. We may also disclose necessary information where required by law or to address fraud or security threats.
For content safety checks, we send submitted text, images, and generated images to SeeAPI. Images awaiting review are kept in private temporary storage and accessed through short-lived links. They are removed after checking; interrupted requests are cleaned up by a one-day storage expiry rule. We retain content hashes, decisions, categories, timestamps, and provider task references for up to seven days. These records do not contain the submitted text or images. Provider retention follows SeeAPI's own terms.
Account designs are private until you choose to publish them. Publishing creates a community snapshot others can view and copy, including its name, preview, scene content, and displayed author name. The original private draft and its AI conversations are not published with that snapshot.
Making an AI conversation public lets people with its shared link view the shared contents. Recipients can copy published content, shared files, and links. Removing a publication or making a conversation private cannot erase copies already obtained by others.
Local drafts remain until you remove them or clear browser storage. Saved account content is retained to provide the service until deleted or no longer needed. Billing, security, and related records may need to be retained longer for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or disputes. Deleting a design or conversation does not necessarily delete related billing records or copies held by recipients or providers.
Update your name and image in Profile, manage designs and publications in My Designs, and use available conversation controls to change sharing or delete chats. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information. Requests may require identity verification and remain subject to legal exceptions.
Account content is subject to sign-in and ownership checks. No online service guarantees complete security; protect your credentials and review what you publish. We will update this page and its date when this policy changes.
