These terms apply to the diy home renovation website, room planner, AI tools, and community features. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

What the service provides

Plan room layouts with dimensions, arrange furniture and materials, preview scenes in 3D, save designs, and use AI assistance. The community, DIY guides, and blog provide ideas and learning resources. Features and availability can change as the product develops.

Accounts and acceptable use

Some features require an account. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and access only accounts and content you are authorized to use. Do not bypass access controls or credit limits, disrupt the service, impersonate others, or upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or malicious content.

Pornography, sexually explicit or fetish content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual deepfakes, sexual exploitation, and attempts to evade safety checks are prohibited. This service is intended for home planning and renovation. Automated checks can make mistakes; you can revise rejected content or contact us to request a review.

Use the service only when you can legally agree to these terms. If guardian authorization is required by applicable law, obtain it before use.

Your designs and shared content

You retain the rights you hold in the designs, images, and other content you submit. You allow the service to store, process, and display that content as needed to perform the actions you request. Submit only content you are entitled to use. Third-party assets, community templates, and videos remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licenses or terms.

Publishing a design to the community permits other users to view it and copy it into their own designs through the service. Publishing a scene snapshot does not publish the original private draft or its AI conversations. People with the link can view a public conversation. Available controls let you remove a publication or change conversation visibility, but copies already obtained by others may remain.

Planning and AI limitations

Room plans, measurements entered into the editor, previews, AI results, and tutorials are planning aids. They do not replace on-site measurements, professional drawings, engineering review, building permits, or qualified tradespeople.

Verify dimensions, product specifications, costs, and AI suggestions before buying materials or carrying out work. Obtain qualified help for structural, electrical, gas, plumbing, and other safety-critical work. A rendered scene does not guarantee that a layout is safe, compliant, buildable, or an accurate representation of a purchased product.

Payments and subscriptions

For paid features, review the price, billing interval, credit allowance, and renewal terms shown in Pricing and at checkout before purchasing. Manage eligible subscriptions through Billing. Cancellation and the end of access follow the terms shown for your subscription. Cancellation does not itself refund earlier payments.

Refund eligibility follows the terms presented at purchase and applicable law. These terms do not impose a blanket non-refundable rule or remove mandatory consumer rights. Purchases from external merchants follow the merchant's terms. A merchant link does not mean its products are integrated with the planner or that we are its sales agent.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how account information, saved plans, AI requests, and shared content are handled. Review it before uploading private information or publishing content.

Availability and enforcement

Maintenance, provider outages, or technical faults may interrupt service. Keep exported backups of important designs. We may restrict content or access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, or violations of these terms. AI responses and third-party services may change or become unavailable.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular design, AI, renovation, or purchasing outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply, including rights relating to changes in paid services and dispute resolution.
